How to play Pyramid Solitaire

The 850305 guide to Pyramid Solitaire starts with observe, then act. Your task is to remove all 28 pyramid cards. The controls and example below describe this exact implementation.

Pyramid, stock and waste; one stock recycle. Free solo play, no wagering.

Observe, then act

Look at the full play area and read the status message. Make a deliberate choice and compare the outcome with your expectation.

Your goal

Remove all 28 pyramid cards.

Step by step

  1. Only uncovered cards are selectable. Pairs total 13; a king removes alone.
  2. Click an exposed card or eligible pair to remove it.
  3. Draw when useful.
  4. Undo reverses a choice. New deal shuffles again.

Controls

Click or tap cards and piles. Wide tableaus scroll inside the game; use Undo, Hint and New deal where shown.

A useful example

An exposed queen pairs with an ace; a jack pairs with a 2.

Watch out for this

Random deals are not guaranteed solvable. A hint is a legal move, not a winning strategy.
